SKEMA doctoral student appointed first PMWL Research Scholar



Lucky Edjenekpo researches the use of EVM in Nigerian and African projects

19 December 2018 – Dallas, London, Sydney – PM World has announced that Lucky Edjenekpo has become the first participant in the PM World Library’s research scholar program.  Lucky is currently residing in Warri, Nigeria while pursuing a doctoral degree through SKEMA Business School in France.

Lucky Enajite Edjenekpo, CCP, PMP is an oil and gas professional with over 25 years’ experience in project management and operations management. He is currently serving as a volunteer project manager with Project Managers without Borders (PMWB), working out of Nigeria, when the opportunity arises. He engages in independent research work, pro bono consulting and volunteering.

Lucky holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Benin (UNIBEN), Nigeria, an MBA in leadership and sustainability from the University of Cumbria, UK, and is currently undertaking study of project and program management at the doctoral level at Skema Business School, Lille, France.

Lucky is a Certified Cost Professional (CCP), and Project Management Professional (PMP) driven by passion to advance project management practice delivery. He currently lives in Warri, Nigeria. Announced in November 2018, the research scholar program offers free access to the PMWL to qualified scholars who are conducting research on important P/PM topics. Candidates are expected to be PhD or doctoral level students, those recently granted PhD or doctoral degrees, or professors of project management. Participating scholars will be encouraged to post their research results in the PMWL and to help expand the resources in the library related to her or his research topic.  This program will provide project management researchers with additional visibility, resources and support.
