Located in downtown Buffalo at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Perry Street the Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino is a local favorite. Started in 2007, this facility attracts more than 3 million guests each year and has created 500 jobs as a result of its success.

“The economic turnaround of Buffalo is something that many people didn’t think would happen, but look around – it’s happening,” said Seneca Nation President Maurice A. John Sr.

The project was approved this past August 2015 and is estimated to finish work by 2017. An ambitious goal that will ultimately add more than 1,100 slot machines and about 30 table games, while creating 300 new casino jobs. The project will also expand both restaurant and retail space within the facility.

“Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino’s $40 million expansion project is another indication of the strength of Buffalo’s prospering economy,” said Buffalo Mayor Byron W. Brown. “Buffalo’s landscape is changing before our eyes.”
