Proceedings of 6th International Scientific Conference on Project Management in the Baltic States now available

3 May 2017 – Riga, Latvia – The 6th International Scientific Conference on Project Management in the Baltic States has been successfully held in Riga, Latvia during 27-28 April 2017. Under the theme “Project Management Development – Practice and Perspectives”, the conference was convened at the University of Latvia and included researchers and speakers from many countries.

The aim of the conference was to discuss results of scientific research in project management issues, to establish new contacts and networking between professionals involved in project management as well as enhance the capacity of project managers. The conference entertained a vast exchange of ideas, thoughts, and experience in the benefits of applying project management to resolving practical problems.

The 6th anniversary conference was organized and hosted by the Economics and Management Faculty of the University of Latvia together with the Professional Association of Project managers of Latvia. The proceedings include 35 papers covering both theory and practice authored by researchers and professionals in 16 countries.

Proceedings from all six project management conferences held at the University of Riga are now available in the PM World Library. These proceedings are also included in the EBSCO business source database and available for access by researchers worldwide.
