Proactive Project Management book offered as Prize for FREE Book Drawings

Four copies of landmark book by Morten Fangel to be given away through PM World Library over next four months

25 September 2014 – Copenhagen, Denmark – PM World has announced a new book being offered as a new prize in the PM World Library monthly drawings for free project management books – Proactive Project Management: How to make common sense common practice, by Morten Fangel. Morten is past president of the International Project Management Association, founder and managing director of the Danish Project Management Association and a global advisor for the PM World Journal and Library.

??????????????????????????????????????????This landmark book aims at shifting project management from taking place reactively – towards, to a greater extent, taking place proactively. To be proactive implies that the management initiatives take place where managerial challenges have not yet occurred or been recognized by the participants and parties.

A shift from recognizing what is common sense – towards making it common practice implies a conscious and persistent effort by the project manager and other partners involved in the management of the project. The book supports such a shift by presenting a variety of mindsets and related methods and tools to make that happen.

All registered members of the PM World Library are automatically registered for the monthly drawings for FREE project management books. For more information, go to http://pmworldlibrary.net/monthly-drawing-for-free-books/.

To assist readers with obtaining the essence of the book, Morten is conducting a series of free webinars in English during October and November 2014. To sign up or to learn more about the book, go to www.fangel.dk.
