PMI Officers and Board of Directors Take Office for 2014


2 January 2014 – Newtown Square, PA, USA – The 2014 Officers and Board of Directors of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) have assumed their duties in the United States.  The 2014 board of directors was first announced at the PMI® Global Congress 2013 – North America in New Orleans, Louisiana in October. The members of this governing body of PMI are elected by PMI’s membership to serve three-year terms. Three directors are then elected by their colleagues to serve as PMI’s Officers.

  • Chair: Ricardo Triana, PMP
  • Vice Chair: Steven V. DelGrosso, MSc, PMP
  • Secretary/Treasurer and Performance Oversight Committee Chair: Zbigniew J. Traczyk, MSc, MBA, PMP
  • Strategy Development Oversight Committee Chair: Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez, MBA, PMP 

The following new directors have been elected for the 2014-2016 term of service:

  • Margareth Fabiola dos Santos Carneiro, MBA, MSc, PMP
  • Steven V. DelGrosso, MSc, PMP (re-elected to a second term)
