Changepoint names New President to Guide and Accelerate Global Market Growth



Software industry veteran executive Mark Upson joins business solutions leader

13 January 2015 – Toronto, Canada – Changepoint, a leading provider of professional services automation (PSA) and project portfolio management (PPM) solutions for the global business marketplace, today announced the appointment of Mark Upson as President. Equipped with over 20 years of B2B software executive leadership experience, Upson is now responsible for Changepoint’s global business strategy and operations.

There he was instrumental in driving the company’s remarkable growth and eventual acquisition by ServiceSource in 2014. Upson achieved the same success in his previous role as President and CEO of PureEdge Solutions, building the company into a market leader in the business process automation space, culminating in a strategic acquisition by IBM in 2005. Upson also led the global sales and operations growth for CRM pioneer Onyx Software before and after its IPO in 1998.
