Brazil Project Management Awards 2013 Presented

15 December 2013 – Sao Paulo, Brasil – The awards ceremony for the Project of the Year 2013 was held at Microsoft headquarters in Sao Paulo, on Tuesday, December 12th. The event represents the most important project management award in Brazil, originally invented 5 years ago by MundoPM Magazine. The night was a huge success with the presence of several authorities and influential people within the segment, as well as national and multinational companies in the Brazilian market.

131215-pmwJ18-brazil-IMAGEThe project of the year award became a national reference because it is a specialized award in the industry, selecting projects with excellence in project management, and differentiated in its evaluation committee consisting of the top business schools, institutes of project management, and consulting branches. The idea is to honor professionals as well as their organizations regarding projects, programs and portfolio management. It rewards the best performers in corporate projects, innovation projects and academic papers.

The event was sponsored by Microsoft Brazil and support by the following organizations: Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV); Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC); Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA); Vanzolini; Senac – SP; IPMA – Brazil; IPA Institute, APMG, PMI-Rio, PMI-SP, PMI-DF and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
