Assylkhan Ziyash in Kazakhstan completes research internship for PM World Library



Graduate student at Kazakh-British Technical University in Almaty completes research internship for PM World Library

14 September 2016 – Dallas, TX, USA and Almaty, Kazakhstan – PM World has announced that Mr Assylkhan Ziyash has completed his project management research internship for the PM World Library (PMWL).  Assylkhan began his internship in late March and completed the program on 31 August 2016.  See his intern profile and research results at https://pmworldjournal.net/assylkhan-ziyash/.

160914-pmwj51-assylkhan-photoAssylkhan Ziyash is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Supply Chain and Project Management at Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU, Almaty, Kazakhstan).  In his experience in the Oil and Gas sector, Assylkhan started working as a Plant Operator in different oil and gas plants. He continued working as Production and Project Engineer, where he developed key project execution readiness of deliverables for the Front End Development and Execution Phases.

The PMWL project management research program offers project management students the opportunity to conduct research and identify new resources for the library in exchange for recognition, visibility, five years of free access to the library, and introductions to others around the world.  To learn more about this program and the dynamic students who are participating, go to https://pmworldjournal.net/university-interns/

According to David Pells, PMWL managing director, “Mr. Ziyash is a mature graduate student, employed in the Kazakh oil and gas industry; he has a lot of experience which was apparent when he provided research results of the library.  He researched major projects and topics relevant to his career, which also reflected maturity.”

Assylkhan stated, “I want to thank you for giving me this opportunity to be a part of the research program you are holding. I found it very useful and challenging. Your program gives interns the chance to look from different sides of the tuition and definitely helps with writing the thesis. Thank you for the program and all the best.”

Pells added, “Assylkhan produced results on a regular basis, resources that we are now happy to make available to others.  He was easy to work with as well.  We wish him every success in school and work as his career unfolds.”
