In April there will be in Argentina an important PMI regional event. I’m talking about the PMI Southern Latin American Regional Meeting which will be attended by more than 60 volunteers coming from all countries that form part of the PMI Region 13 South, to share best practices and lessons learned.

The event, being organized by PMI Nuevo Cuyo Chapter in conjunction with PMI Region 13 South, will be held on April 10th and 11th in a winery near Mendoza city, in an environment of mountains and good wine.

We will have the honor of presenting a highest international level speaker, Mr. Eduardo Braun, who will talk about the impact of culture on organizational leadership.

Mr. Braun will also be the lecturer of the Seminar “Leadership in Times of Crisis”, focused on senior managers of organizations in the region that will take place the day before the regional meeting, on April 9, at Bodega Vistalba in the Valle de Uco region.

As it is the first time having an event of this kind in the region, it has generated great interest summoning people throughout Latin America.

At the Regional Meeting we will also have the dissertation of Stephen Townsend, Director of Global Alliances & Networks of PMI Global Operations Center and Mrs. Agnieszka Gasperini, Mentor of PMI Region 8, Europe.

Experiences of University Students groups from PMI Lima Chapter will be also shared by its coordinator, Mr. Jorge Palomino.
