People who visit us from outside of the country and participate with us in any event, always ask us what we do to have so many volunteers and so committed. That is a very interesting question because if we can answer it then perhaps we can get a list of our chapter´s features that can serve as reference to other chapters of the region and the world to strengthen their teams of volunteers. “What motivates me is to be part of the synergy of a group of dynamic professionals who specialize in projects. It motivates me to contribute to the development of my country through best practices and thereby increase the probability of the projects success” – Stefano Calabi (Board of Directors 2014-2016, Sponsorship)

“VOLUNTEER mode is activated, then arises a space for self-discovery, it is a way of being part of something that is affecting society and achieving great changes step by step. Thanks to the PMI Santa Cruz I can experience it. I started to volunteer 2 years ago, investing my time, learning a lot, gaining experience, having a new vision of things, and the best is being part of this big family; thank you for taking me into account.” –   Ing. Marco Antonio Aguilar Lenis (Voluntario 2013-2016)

Summarizing all these factors I would say that the secret of our success is:
