AEDIP and ITH signed up a framework agreement for knowledge transfer that will mean to provide the hotel trade with Project management models from the real state, which main objective is cost control and to guarantee some results; they are two key factors for the investment and restoration of several hotel buildings. Project Management is a successful management model to manage all the resources used along the Project life cycle, minimizing cost and risk and trying the best results to be the sponsors and rest of project stakeholders’ satisfaction.
