“Beginning of year 2018 activities in the PMI Chapters in Argentina”

As it happens every year, during the summer the activities of the PMI Chapters in Argentina diminish strongly and are resumed at this time.

However, the chapters continue working behind the scenes, both in the consolidation of the new authorities of their Board of Directors, which are renewed year after year, as well as in the strategic and annual planning and the development of their leaders.

In this sense, representatives of all the PMI Chapters of Argentina have participated in the PMI Regional Meeting and PMI Leadership Institute Meeting 2018 in Latin America that this year took place the first days of March in Cartagena, Colombia. Experiences and ideas have been shared and valuable networking with colleagues from the Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries of the region took place there.

Regarding PMI Buenos Aires Chapter, the launch of this year activities will take place on Thursday, April 12 with the so-called “PMI Open House 2018” which aims to bring together volunteers and chapter members to communicate the results of the annual planning developed during the first months of the year and present the three strategic objectives on which this year the chapter will focus. These three objectives are focused on the growth and retention of members and the satisfaction of chapter volunteers.

In addition, the PMI Buenos Aires Chapter is organizing the first Regional Meeting of Argentina “REMA 2018“, towards the middle of the year, where it is intended to hold a meeting with the communities of the chapter and with the other PMI Chapters in Argentina: PMI Nuevo Cuyo Chapter and PMI Cordoba Potential Chapter.
