26 new works by 29 authors added to PM World Library

PM World Collection grows to 2358 project management articles, papers & other works by 997 different authors in more than 60 countries

14 November 2017– Dallas, London, Sydney – PM World has announced that 26 new articles, papers and other original works about program and project management (P/PM) have been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) this month.  These contributions by 29 different authors in 17 different countries were published in the November 2017 edition of the PM World Journal (PMWJ).  They can now be found among the most recent papers, articles and book reviews on the PMWL home page at www.pmworldlibrary.net.

The new additions bring the total in the PM World Collection to 2,358 original works by 997 different authors in 65+ countries.  The collection is growing each month by 20-30 new works from many different authors; of the 29 authors this month, 11 were new to the journal and library.  Profiles of all authors in the library, along with access to their works, can be found at http://pmworldlibrary.net/author-showcase/.

According to PMWL Director David Pells, “We bounced back this month with seven featured papers, including several important ones.  The papers by Bob Prieto and Alan Stretton advance knowledge on topics important to all of us.  The paper by Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez and Marco Sampietro, based on their research into project management courses offered by major universities, is both enlightening and upsetting, in my opinion. The other four papers offer useful information for those working in Nigeria and Southeast Asia.”

New authors in November include Emmanuel Abah (Nigeria), Anita Dzikiwi Adamu (Nigeria), Ardiansyah (Indonesia), Jen Duenhoelter (USA), Stephen Fierbaugh (USA), Danlei Jiang (China), Neelov Kar (USA), Ronalid Meijers (Netherlands), Ron Meyers (Canada), Racha Temraoui (Lebanon) and Anil Wadhwa (USA). New works from 18 authors already included in the library were also added.

“We are starting to publish more student papers now,” Pells adds.  “We published three this month and now have a backlog of papers from graduate students at SKEMA in France, thanks to Prof Paul Giammalvo.  Paul has recognized both the quality of his students’ research papers as well as the potential usefulness to students of experiencing the publication process.  We are happy to share their works with our readers.”
