2016 Project Management College of Scheduling Conference announced



Next annual College of Scheduling conference to be in Chicago during 15-18 May 2016

6 August 2015 – Philadelphia, PA, USA – The Project Management College of Scheduling will hold their next Annual Conference, Scheduling the Future, in Chicago, Illinois, USA from May 15-18, 2016.    Continuing the tradition of previous COS conferences, this coming year’s event will feature world-class papers and presentations focused on the profession of project scheduling and controls.   Current venues under consideration include both the Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile and the Radisson Blu Aqua.

  • Enterprise Track for Integrated Enterprise-Wide Project Management System Implementation including project portfolio and priority management, role-based reporting, resource management, and using the web for enterprise wide access.
  • Information Technology/Computers Track for scheduling in the areas of Information Technology, Computers (Hardware and Software) or Technology R&D.
  • Risk Management Track for risk analysis and methods to manage risk on projects.
  • Claims Track for avoiding and resolving schedule related claims both during the project and at project completion.
  • Global Services Track for scheduling international projects and projects involving multi-national participants:  methods, techniques and approaches to scheduling that can be applied to meet the unique logistical, communication, cultural, virtual project and management challenges.
  • Case Studies Track for actual projects and their lessons learned.

Incorporated in the United States in 2013, the Project Management College of Scheduling is a dynamic organization of professionals dedicated to advancing the practice and profession of project planning and scheduling throughout the World.
