20 new works by 22 authors added to PM World Library

PM World Collection grows to 2332 project management articles, papers & other works by 986 different authors in more than 60 countries

11 October 2017– Dallas, London, Sydney – PM World has announced that 20 new articles, papers and other original works about program and project management (P/PM) have been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) this month.  These contributions by 22 different authors in 12 different countries were published in the October 2017 edition of the PM World Journal (PMWJ).  They can now be found among the most recent papers, articles and book reviews on the PMWL home page at www.pmworldlibrary.net.

The new additions bring the total in the PM World Collection to 2332 original works by 986 different authors in 65+ countries.  The collection is growing each month by 20-30 new works from many different authors; of the 22 authors this month, 6 were new to the journal and library.  Profiles of all authors in the library, along with access to their works, can be found at http://pmworldlibrary.net/author-showcase/.

According to PMWL Director David Pells, “We published fewer works this month than most months.  Nevertheless, some of the articles and paper in the October PMWJ were significant.  The articles by Dalcher, Lehmann, Stretton and Winston are especially important; these are globally respected experts, so don’t bypass their writings.”

New authors in August include Carlie Cornell (USA), Mohaed Ghattas (Egypt/KSA), Robin Hornby (Canada), David Miller (USA), Zakari Tsiga (UK) and Vince Yauger (USA). New works from 16 authors already included in the library were also added.

“The featured papers each month are major works, normally based on significant research,” Pells adds.  “That is true again this month.  We also continue to republish conference papers in the Second Editions category; these are also major works supported by footnotes and references.  Everything in the PMWJ each month, and now in the PMWL, contribute to the global PM body of knowledge.”
